They have all worked at senior levels in the public and private sectors and are able to operate and influence at the highest level within any organisation..

Michelle van Toop BA (Hons) MCIP AIBC

Michelle is an experienced procurement consultant, Prince ll accredited project manager and interim manager with extensive experience in the puclic sector and local government.           

A member of the Charterd Institute of Purchasing and Supply and an Associate of the Institute of Business Consulting, Michelle is well known as one of the countries leading experts on implementing the government's efficiency agenda as well as being an expert in the EU procurement Directives and Competition Law.


Alexandra Ranson

alex-ranson.pngAlexandra specialises in strategic supplier intelligence and analysis, and also has a strong interest in the application of digital tools  and techniques to enable collaboration, efficiency and innovation.

Alex spent much of the last five years helping to design and support Capital Ambition's ground breaking Supplier Relationship Development project to secure significant and lasting efficiency gains from London's authorities collectively improving relationships with their major suppliers in common.


Jane Grant MCIPS

Jane has had a successful career as a senior executive in central government combining her professional skills in procurement and programme and project management (PPM) with significant experience in leading teams and managing change.

Latterly at the Cabinet Office Efficiency and Reform Group, Jane delivered the Prime Minister's commitment to greater transparency in procurement through the publication of all contracts over £10k. Jane was a senior procurement lecturer at the National School of Government and went on to introduce Strategic Relationship Management.


Phil Snowling Bsc (Hons)

Phil has over 12 years consultancy and project management experience in the public and private sectors, and over 20 years in ICT. Phil worked for Mouchel Business Consulting from, from 2004 to 2010, where he specialised in efficiency improvements through supplier management, business process management and exploitation of ICT.

Assignments have included ICT Systems procurements,Business Process improvement, Programme Management and Supplier Relationship Development, Building Schools for the Future, Designing and Tailoring Prince 2 project management for client environments.

In 2010 Phil formed his own consultancy and project management company - PSG Consulting.
