Michelle van Toop BA (Hons) MCIP AIBC

mvt-photo.jpg Michelle is an experienced procurement consultant, Prince ll accredited project manager and interim manager with extensive experience in the public sector and local government.           

A member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and an Associate of the Institute of Business Consulting, Michelle is well known as one of the countries leading experts on implementing the government's efficiency agenda as well as being an expert in the EU procurement Directives and Competition Law.

Jo Diep, MCIPS

Jo is a procurement specialist with over 10 years procurement experience spanning across the public and private sector. She is MCIPS qualified and has recently worked in sectors such as Health, Local Authority and Higher Education.

As a seasoned interim she is well versed in the challenges faced by different organisations; themes such as cost reduction, governance and implementing category management are recurring challenges in all organisations. Jo’s expertise is her ability to work with clients on different spectrums of the procurement maturity index, working with them to agree defined objectives to deliver successful procurement outcomes.  

Companies engage with Jo to deliver both tactical and strategic procurement. Her strong knowledge of OJEU, project management and stakeholder engagement skills mean her skill set is attractive to organisations who require support for both routine tenders and transformational change. 

Seth Brook

Seth provides public relations and marketing communications services to a range of clients to help them reach their organisational goals, particularly reputational improvement, behavioural change, stakeholder relations, transformation and efficiency. He has worked at a senior level, including heads of communications and interim management in local and central government, and now runs his own consultancy advising national and regional bodies as well as private sector clients.

Seth specialises in PR and marketing campaigns, market segmentation techniques, strategy preparation and brand development as well as media relations, event management, marketing collateral production and copywriting. He also works with experienced associates to provide related services such as market research, graphic design, film production and web development. He backs these up with good project management, political sensitivity and leadership skills.
