Our philosophy on service provision is straightforward and popular with our clients:
- To deliver the highest quality service and advice to our clients
- To sell clients what they need to improve, not always what they think they should buy
- To work to an ethical charter - this means, among other things, that we do not charge for work that we have already done for another client.
- To offer fixed price contracts at every opportunity
- To maximise skills and knowledge transfer to our clients
- On top of this, we always publish as much as possible, so that clients can simply download the necessary material themselves.
