We have arranged our services under six broad headings. Market Intelligence sets out the range of new techniques and ideas that we provide to our clients and can be used in the pursuit of generating cashable savings and efficiency gains. Collaborative Working and Shared Services is particularly popular with public sector clients who are really beginning to influence markets to their benefit rather than relying on crude aggregation approaches.
Efficiency and Cashable Savings sets out some of the ways that we are helping clients gain real cash savings, particularly through the creation of robust business cases. Strategy and Policy is essential in creating the environment needed to undertake radical change in procurement, but unfortunately is seen by many as a 'box to tick' in order to meet a central target or directive.
Communications and Culture Change symbolise what most efficiency related projects are about. The ability to succeed in this area will determine how much progress is actually made. Failure will mean that even the best business cases will not deliver a return on investment.
