Ken Cole, FCIPS
My 40 year career in commissioning, procurement and contract and relationship management has spanned the public and private sectors.
I have held senior director and project management roles at the Ministry of Defence, Cabinet Office, HM Treasury, Home Office, the London Regional Centre of Excellence (LCE) and with SPS clients. During this time I have devised and delivered many high profile, ground breaking projects and initiatives which have achieved great results for my employers and clients alike.

My journey into commercial contracting began with developing and implementing procurement systems, quickly realising that procurement as a business needed to change before technology could make a difference.
At SPS I’ve specialised in working with our customers to understand their current contracting arrangements, working with them to develop achievable action plans to improve their people, systems and processes.
